Two products, one governance layer
Each product works on its own. Together, they form an end-to-end compliance and governance layer that records every interaction, ensures every decision is properly reviewed, and produces cryptographic proof of the entire process — with a full FCA-aligned governance feature set on top.
The complete compliance flow
From AI-generated advice to independently verifiable certificate, in seven steps.
AI generates advice
Your AI system produces a suitability report, recommendation, or client communication. The advice document and supporting metadata are submitted to the Bedrock API via integrations with your existing tools.
Bedrock Ledger records the submission
The advice is immediately written to the immutable ledger with a SHA-256 hash and ECDSA P-256 signature. The record is hash-chained to the previous entry, creating an unbreakable audit trail from the moment of submission.
Bedrock Principal routes it to a reviewer
The advice is automatically queued and assigned to one of the firm’s available FCA-authorised reviewers. An SLA countdown begins, and the firm receives a webhook notification confirming the job is in progress.
Reviewer completes the checklist
The reviewer reads the full document, works through a structured checklist, adds annotations, and makes a decision: approve, modify, or reject. Every action is tracked with timestamps and scroll depth.
Bedrock Ledger records the outcome
The review decision, reasoning, and all associated metadata are written to the ledger as a new immutable record. The outcome is hash-chained to the original submission, cryptographically linking the two.
Certificate generated with cryptographic proof
A tamper-proof PDF certificate is automatically generated containing the advice hash, review decision, reviewer identity, and a QR code linking to the verification endpoint.
Client and regulator can verify independently
Anyone with the certificate can verify it against the chain at any time, without a Bedrock account. The cryptographic proof confirms the advice was reviewed, when it was reviewed, and what the decision was.
Governance built on top of the loop
The seven-step loop is the foundation. Sitting on top is a full set of governance features for FCA-regulated firms — each mapped to the specific Handbook rule it satisfies.
Consumer Duty board reporting
Annual board assessment of consumer outcomes generated from the immutable ledger in one click.
AI model registry & drift detection
Tag every advice record with the model that produced it. Detect quality drift before the regulator does.
Bias & fairness monitoring
Outcome distributions across anonymised customer segments with material-divergence flags — zero PII.
Vulnerability routing & evidence
FG21/1 flags route cases to specialists, require senior sign-off, and capture the chain to the ledger.
Incident response logging
Tamper-proof structured incident lifecycle anchored to the immutable ledger.
Pre-deployment impact assessments
PRIN 2A Consumer Duty assessment template, signed off and anchored to the ledger.
Explainability report export
One-click reasoning chain export per advice record — board-ready PDF for regulatory inquiries.
Chain integrity & tamper recovery
Continuous chain verification with one-click recovery from the immutable S3 copy.

Works with the tools you already use
Bedrock connects to the platforms your firm relies on — from back office systems like Intelliflo and Iress XPLAN to document signing with DocuSign and Adobe Acrobat Sign. Advice is captured automatically, with no changes to your existing workflow.
For firms with custom systems, a simple REST API handles both the ledger and review workflows. Standard JSON over HTTPS, with API keys for authentication and webhooks for real-time notifications.
